ORDERING
Quantity is the purchaser's responsibility. If you have to re-order due to shortage, there is no guarantee you will receive the same dye lot or run number. Most wallpaper is packaged in double rolls and priced by the single roll. 2 single rolls = 1 double roll bolt.

Patterns may be discontinued by manufacturer without notice.

RETURNS
30 days. Full unopened bolts only.
25% return policy plus freight
Will need copy of original invoice.

DEFECTIVE PAPER
Return of defective paper is at the manufacturer's discretion. A sample of the defective paper OR all of the defective paper may be requested.
Credit will not be given until defect is approved by manufacturer.
All paper must be inspected before applying to the wall.
Grasscloth has a tendency to shade by nature of the natural product.
